    Hi all, looking to have a knife made to my spec. Have mailed Davy Moore but was wondering is there some one else in Ireland that makes them? Cheers in advance.

    Try Rory Connor in cork. Top craftsman I have been using his knives for almost 20 years .He uses ATS 34 steel and it holds a mighty edge.

    Might give you a few ideas.
    I have the same knive as above and it is Razor sharp; after a boards guy sharpened it for me.
