Casual Relationships...

I have decided to give up on looking for another long term relationship.

Recently i have been meeting up with this girl from work to have sex, I would often ring her after nights out if i had not pulled and she was happy to oblige, it was the perfect set up for me.

The problem is i am only in it for the no-strings sex but it appears the girl is starting to want more.

One day when we were finished i got up to leave and she lost the head at me saying "i'm not just some sex doll for you, ya know". This shocked me as she had no problems ringing me up at 2:30am to have sex.

I never implied i wanted a relationship. It is making things very awkward at work because i have to sit beside her from 9:00am to 4.00PM. At one point i walked into the cantine and saw her crying with another college. Nothing was said to me about this but i could do without these incidents at work

I still often ring her up after nights out when i'm usually fairly drunk, but I have been feeling of late i might be giving her false hope of a relationship which is why i want to stop having sex with her altogether.

Any advice on how to end this? I really don't want this to end because i can get no-strings sex basically when ever i want without having to deal with the other hassles a relationship brings, but if she is banking on this going somewhere she is wrong and i don't want to be leading her on, i will need to end this with some tact because as i said i do have to work with the girl and i see her every day, any advice?

Yep. It's obvious she wants more. Don't be a d*ck and man up and stop having sex with her.

    She's a human being, not a depository.

Yep, end this immediately. If you want to set up a no strings/f-buddy thing best not do it with someone at work or someone in your immediate social circle. Dosent sound like you really made it clear to her what your intent has been all along either.

First things first, you stop having sex with her with immediate effect. Regardless of what you thought about the situation, it would appear that her understanding of it is not the same. Don't make contact with or answer any calls or texts from her this weekend. Next time you get talking to her, tell her the situation's not working and be as nice as you can about it. Next time you want to get into a FWB type scenario, for heaven's sake look further afield than your place of work. You're learning to your cost the consequences of cr@pping on your own doorstep.

I agree OP you have given off the wrong impression that you don't want this girl just as a sex friend.

She might think you're in love with her and this will certainly affect the relationship both ways.

If you keep this up she will feel more and more hurt as time goes on.

You're gonna learn several harsh/beautiful lessons in one go here unfortunately.

    Don't mix work and pleasure.
There's no such thing as no-strings sex.
Girls have feelings too (big surprise there).
    Don't be a d*ck or there'll be social repercussions.

Stop rueing the fact that it might have to end and you'll stop getting 'free' sex, and just end it in the nicest possible way you can. The *nicest*.

I don't know why you're even asking OP - you know the answer, you answered it yourself. And it seems you've known for a while, too - you saw her crying for goodness sake?

All you have to do to end it is stop doing it. You say you're the one who rings up, after all.

It doesn't matter whether you were clear about what you wanted or not, or even what she perceived it as. She might very well be deluding herself if you made it perfectly clear. However, none of that matters now. This is NOT no-strings sex for her, you are not on equal ground here, stop leading her on.

Dump her now and don't look back.
