register with eflow and tell them you may have an outstanding balance
(you will probably need it in the future anyway)
they normally dont charge any outstanding

its gone to an 'agency' but i will never receive any letters. dont know what to do really? spoke with eflow and they gave me a number to ring monday to see how much i owe? Surely i can argue the case as i have got no letters from them

Eflow have reps here, maybe PM one of them.

Also, Eflow will often write off any fines/increases and agree to let you pay the original charge if you set up an account with them.

Try and do as little dealing with the agent as possible imho. They're just looking to get maximum money out of you.

    Hi Dricko_lim,

Would you like us to look into this for you by private message?

If so, just send a group PM to myself; eFlow: Ciaran, and eFlow: John as we are all on at different times.

What we would require on the private message:

    - Vehicle licence plate number at the time of going through the toll
    - Name and address of registered owner
    - Confirmation that you are the named registered owner

    All the best :)
    Una

Here's a clue - they don't know who you are, where you live or when you used the road.... ;)

Maybe not but from experience the company they sub it out to in the UK a very efficient and know who he is they will pursue him no end and keep adding frightening amounts to the fine , I am not too sure even e flow can stop this crowd in the UK .

They can in their h*le, the car has been exported, the DVLA keep no record of the address its now registered at.

Private Companies can't just get your address directly from your license plate in another country.

FFS I could just start charging a red car tax for passing my house and then send the bills to random irish tourists.

Just to be clear - I have used the M50 and pay the tolls, as I have a Irish car and it is great road with no queues (like there used to be). It's the best way to get to IKEA.

But now when I go to Belfast for my 1/2 price B&Q knick knacks plus some cheap goodies for Xmas I get off the M7 at Nenagh and follow the N52. Using my saved toll money to support a local cafe or shop along the way... and it's a nice drive on a sunny day too!

You missed my point i understand from the OP that the vehicle was at some stage registered in his name in the UK , That is how they will pursue him regardless of where the vehicle is or registered now.!
