Protip. If you want to just take a screenshot of the active window press alt+print screen.

And did clearing the history\cache work?

Interestingly enough peer block can actually screw up web browsing, make sure to disable HTML blocking, that should sort it.
In fact just get rid of peer block and stop using torrents is a better option, obviously the spying agencies know of peer block et al. so likely the definitions peer block is using may not detect the copyright crowds

I know it'll automatically block sites like rte and bbc news. But facebook should be fine. (IE you don't need to add it to exceptions).

The original image the OP uploaded the page looked a bit "off". The logon boxes were down the bottom and the borders were all over the shop. I'd say it should be a case of deleting history\cache. Although no news is good news so I'm guessing it worked.

If the site was using an external CSS stylesheet on another IP it could cause the problem (if the IP of it was blocked), but yeah its more likely a cache issue :) . If Facebook was the issue for OP it could be possible FB used an IP that one of the record companies used previously :P . The likes of Akamai and Amazon Facebook may use their cloud services, I'm sure other companies have used em also :)
