need help dead technomate 6900hd combo

Hi, while tuning my motorised dish for peak signal on my in line meter i found that my technomate tm6900 hd receiver went dead. disconnected all cables and then reconnected the mains lead but no joy. There in no lights on the front panel and obviously no reception. would any of your experts on this forum bring some light…
