This 8 inch product has an R value of 4.50k/w ,is there any other type with better rating ? Its being advertised at 15 euros per roll.

its thermal conductivity is quoted as 0.044 w/mk which is along the same lines as most glass fibre quilted insulation products.
rockwool products are slightly better at 0.038...
