cant find p60

    hey guys

    I need my p60 for the year 2009 i cant find it at home, if i requested this from my employer would they still be able to get it even though it was 2 years ago?

    They should be able to give you a copy or print a new one

    Employers are required to keep at least 5 years wages records .
    If they are unable to locate yours , they could give you a ' statement of earnings ' which would suffice .

    If they cannot trace the figures , the tax office can provide them from the P35.

    If you use paye-anytime , you will find the figures yourself online .

    If they have a computerised payroll system they should be able to run a copy very easily...
