I'm not sure if there is a thread already or if in fact something like this is allowed but why not post up photos you've taken of some horrendous cars you've seen in person on the streets. I've removed the licence plate number as it's not for sale so it's not like it's being advertised.

I was walking up Kings Inns Street the other day when I caught sight of this Renault 19. The spoiler on this bad boy was pretty exceptional.

Removing the weight from the drive wheels. That's an extra 100bhp apparently!

with one hand on the wheel and a sour look on he's face!

    barryboys for Ireland huh?

In fact, iirc, Barryboys accept Irish cars in their sheds section.

    Oh thats pretty bad :D

I'd love to see this thread grow, I could contribute nicely to a thread like this.

Saw this Bora today in Power City in Tallaght. Pulling out of the car park I couldn't resist but stop and snap this lol. The sticker on the back says 'BOOST INSIDE'.

I added some art to the image to make it look better :P

Thought you'd all appreciate this turd amongst turds. This is doing the rounds in Cork at the moment. Rumour has it, it double jobs as an An Post letterbox at the weekends. Apologies for the crapness of the photo, didn't have a decent camera with me.

I've seen that car at power city in Naas twice. IIRC correctly the black VW sign was on at an angle.

Great thread idea btw, i love barryboys and wouldn't mind seeing some Irish ones

Am I the only one here who can appreciate the work involved gone into these cars in this thread and the other skanger thread, ok some of them are sh1theaps but at least the driver has the balls to do something different.

Yes, yes you are... Selotaping a Drifting spoiler onto an astra is not "hard work"

Unless you mean the Beamer above, in which case it's just silly, and really doesn't look good

Moved your post for you Standard Toaster

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,151 ✭✭✭kupus

yeah you really need to move toasters pictures to the bin,

Ok I admit some are just so bad, but in fairness there is a lot of modified cars that look great that beemer/nissan/lexus hybrid is a cool example.

It is hideous, all style and no taste.

I know that Batmobile Rover from around the place. A tiny asian guy drives it. I'm pretty sure he has a booster seat in there to lift his head above the steering wheel. A rover 25 with ridiculous batmobile bodykit driven by an minature asian dude. Fookn state of the car, it's so bad in real life.

Some of them can do a real good job, but most of them do a good job, and then continue to add on sh|te until the car becomes laughable.

It's "nice looking body" compared to "go faster stripes/spoiler/weird bonnet/etc".

I've seen that Renault 19 in the flesh and it isn't pleasant, the Rover 25 above looks like a melted wheelie bin.

Saw this Audi in the IKEA carpark this morning. It was lowered to within an inch of its life and was sporting two HUGE exhausts. Such a shame.

    ^^^^^^^^

I was behind that monstrosity on the Belgard Rd yesterday, truly shocking, it's the classic example of a car that drove through Halfords and anything that stuck to it was left there!!!

TestTransmission, that skangered civic is hilarious, have seen it around.
Take a closer look the next time you see it - there are are several cameras attached to it. Not sure if he has remote access to the cameras or a wacky alarm, but the last time I tried to approach the beast it wolfwhistled at me :confused:
