I live in apartment complex and some bogus operators messed with my input cable downstairs. They disconnected my 1-way tap that connects the cable from outside to the splitters. What way should I re-connect this? the three connectors on the tap are labeled- in, out, and tap. Which one should i connect the outside cable to,…

Any help would be much appreciated as UPC won't send a tech out until Tuesday.

just call your cable provider, its there job to fix it.
