    Hey Folks

Hope I have the right forum here and you can help.

Does anyone know where I can do a weekend or overnight cooking course or class with my son - hes 13? Hes really interested and we have done separate ones before but would love a weekend away to do one. Im in Dublin but it doesnt matter where it is if we stay overnight.

    Thanks

Paul Flynn's "The Tannery" any good to you?

The cookery school is small so class size is about 12 maximum, you don't get lost in the crowd ;)
Plenty of places to stay in Dungarvan, but the Townhouse is lovely!

Paul himself is a very nice guy, and excellent to teach. Other courses I've done were more a demo. but Paul really explains things well.
