HI Folks, Im just looking for a bit of advice. I was planning on doing the half marathon in waterford tomorrow but two weeks ago after a ten miler (i did 12 the week before) i hurt my knee bad. Its fine now so im not worried about that side of it but i have no training for the past fortnight and it would be my first. WOuold i be mad to think i might finish it because of the lack of training or should i go for it??? Thanks again!!

The last fortnight of training doesn't help your fitness anyway, because it takes a couple of weeks for your body to adapt to each session.
If your knee is no longer an issue, you may as well go for it.
