    Hello!

First of all, i'm saving up for a Zoom Q3 HD, but i still want to see if i can get this to work.

    Setup:
Laptop: One line in and one line out. (headphones and mic i guess would be more properly stated.)
Bassguitar hooked up to a Guitar Link (same as UCG Behringers USB Interface)
    Winamp.

The way i have it all hooked up at the moment is:
    Bassguitar-Guitar Link-USB.
Cable plugged into headphones-jack on laptop from the interface

I've tried to change all output to the Behringer (it goes by that name in the system)

Still no sound from my music. Only from the bass.
Tried to connect the 3,5mm plugs from mic to headphones on the laptop. still no go.

This is doing my head in.
Am i doing something wrong, or is it simply not supposed to work?

If you're talking about something like this http://www.thomann.de/ie/behringer_ucg102.htm, then you can use the behringer as your soundcard (which it seems you are by saying you have changed all the outputs to the Behringer). To listen to music from the computer, you will have to connect your speakers/headphones to the headphone socket on the guitarlink, not the laptop itself. If you want to leave them connected to the laptop, you should change your output (under sound in Control Panel) back to your laptops soundcard.
