i have a htc sensation. i have a 16gig card. i was going to buy a 32gig. i have a card reader. i have numerous apps etc installed on the card. is it just as simple as copying the the directory structure off the old card and then copying onto the new card? will all the apps continue to work as normal then and the only…

perhaps a stupid question, but im not sure if the phone actually identifying different cards etc.

Yep, just make sure you copy all hidden files and directories. Everything should work fine but don't wipe the 16gb card until you have confirmed the 32gb working, just in case.
