Looking to do MMA in either Clondalkin or Ballyfermot.. any places do this?
Also is there any gyms that you can spar in with someone in the ring or anything like that?

I know its not Clondalkin but if your willing to make a small trip, MMA Lucan offers MMA classes, BJJ classes with Blackbelt Jorge Dos Santos Perreira , lots of sparring etc, all at a great price

From Clondalkin you can get the 151 and from Ballyfermot you can get the 18 and both stop outside Straight Blast Gym on the Walkinstown side of the Long Mile Road, well worth the trip.

i run a seperate club so cant comment-i just know there coaches and some fighters, they have a broad range of ages-if you came to my club you would only need gumshield at the start so i'd say its the same..

Have a mixed group of lads, all different ages. The adults class goes from 17-30s. All you need at the beginning will be shorts, t-shirt, & preferably have a gumshield. We have spare gloves that you can use until you get your own.
