Which company should I use for J1?

Hey I'm hoping to go to Montauk NY this summer on a J1. I have a job sorted so really just need a company to sort out the visa side of things. I also wanted to stop over in LA for a few weeks before beginning work if that is possible? So what company should I use? I've only heard of USIT, go4less and sayit.
