Got a flyer in through the post offering half price Sky for a year if I returned to them, so I took them up on their offer. Now my channels are back, but the HD channels are in their old places (SS1 on 408, SS2 on 409, Sky News on 517, Sky 1 on 170 etc etc). Is there a way of getting them back to their ''new'' spots (401, 402, 501, 106)? Cheers.

If you have the HD pack that lineup is correct. The HD channels get preference.

If you don't have the HD pack, restart the box (from mains) and see if the problem remains. If so, call Sky and explain. They should be able to correct it by sending an updated signal.
