exercising on anti-biotics

    hi

    just wondering if anyone has trained whilst on tablets?

    have chest infection and started on anti-biotics for a week and started them on monday.

    cause i had the flu before that i havent been able to do anything for 3 weeks now and im itching to get back to the gym and play astro etc

    if feeling better before weekend im planning on starting back in the gym

    Your doctor didn't tell you to rest up for the week too?
    Cos if not then you should be asking them.

    And not a load of faceless people on the internet.

    Give him/her a ring.
