    Hi All,

I have a question on the abbove, my partner was claiming jobseekers benefit but was able to find a sunday job after struggling to find a full time job, she works one day a week and get €80. She is also claiming her casual welfare to.

The welfare have now cut her off without prior notice as she went over 312 days for JB.

I have a question should she be eligible for JA. We have one child. We are just about to move in together and i know that the means test cohabitual tenants. My earnings are gross 512 per week.

    1. if we didnt move in would she get full rate?
    2. If we did would she qualify for anything?

    thanks in advance

I would look up the information for family income supplement as you may qualify for this.

depends on your circumstances if you are on social welfare payment working etc as they are all taken into account for allowance. FIS you need to be working minimum 19 hours per week
