Laptop for CAD/Hackintosh

I suppose their almost polar opposites, but still :D.

I'm giving my desktop to my dad who is getting me a laptop in return as he is doing a night time CAD course and I need a laptop for college. I've installed OS X on a fair few pc's now so that shouldn't be an issue, it just has to be compatible. I use Solidworks/Catia/Pro E every now and then so it needs to be able to run them sufficiently. Budget would be a max, and I really mean max, of €600.

If there's a good deal for a laptop at around €300-400 I'd be interested too!

What are the new AMD CPU/GPU's like? Should I avoid them?
