Contacting Zavvi from Ireland?

After a month, my Skyrim preorder hasn't arrived. I did get one reply via email from Zavvi, but three further emails have gone unanswered. One their site, they only have a 0844 number to contact. Does anyone know how to ring their customer service from Ireland? P.
