I have been seeing a thing like shadow since my childhood -- Don't know, what he wants from me.. When i go to my bed for sleep. During sleep it is often, he kicks my bed, My English isn't good so can't explain in detail.. He doesn't bring any harm to me but often tries to scare me --

The same kind of creature also lives in my friend's house -- My friend's mother can only see her. No other member of his house can see the creature -- Her mother tells that creature has face like monkey -- My friend says, His mother often talk with her but other members of family can't listen the conservation

never, when i get sickness, i don't eat cure.... why to speak with anyone whether religious or medical ....... Let the shadow do whatever he wants.... as for my friend's family is concerned, the creature isn't disturbing her mother anymore ... because they have sold that house where creature lives.... my friend tells that when they were building the house, they found skeleton during construction of house.....

He/it/this shadow doesn't want anything from you, and the best thing you could do for yourself is to stay healthy, and grounded, and live your life doing normal things. Any time you think about this or feel distracted by it, find something normal to do. We live our lives in this world, there is no point in needless worrying about these shadows. Every house has a history, don't dwell on it, live for now.

if he / it doesn't want anything then why on the earth he kicks my bed. He often kicks my bed at the mid of night, often i hear screams. why he doesn't kick your bed There is something he wants. Why he tries to disturb me... as for my health is concerned, I am normal person with normal brain. People around me don't think that i am psychopath or some kind of psychological case. I have't discuss such matter with any one.

How could i do this when house doesn't want you to live in it. there is no problem with my other family members. The shadow doesn't disturb them.

If you had a real person in your life who bugged you, youd tell them to go away and leave you alone. The same attitude applies. Do not give this matter any more attention than you would a real life nuisance. Seriously, it is just taking up your time and thoughts that are better spent on other things.

i am not good in understanding past tense. What do you mean by real person i had in my life. I mean are you saying someone whom i loved or what or what do you mean by real person who tried to bugged me. In plain words, i am not getting meaning of your quote. Please clear. You look like some kind of Paranormal specialist. Thanks

I'm no specialist. I was giving you an example of how you would deal with a real person who was annoying you in some way: you would tell them not to. I dont mean that this shadow is connected to a real person. Im trying to tell you that you deal with this in the same way you would if it was a real person who was being a nuisance.

OP I had a similar problem. I would often wake up in the night and feel someone kicking my bed,but could only make out a shadow.

I later found out my dad sleep walked and would often stroll in to my room,looking for the bathroom,and would bump into my bed. Perhaps it's something like this?

The bath room is miles away from my room. There is no point that someone would enter in my room and p!ss at me. My father is labor. You know labor, labors cut mountains to make flow canal of milk. He sleeps tight in the night. I never found any member of my family walking in sleep. I often see clear images of shadow. When i try get closer to shadow, I couldn't find any thing.. this happens at night. During the day, i don't see such things. Yesterday day night, I saw someone (the same shadow) staring at me, when i awoke from sleep. I mean, I saw someone looking at me in clear and awakening state. I couldn't see his/its face. He was completely black and then ran into the walls when i tried to get up from bed. I mean he escaped in the walls of my house..... I hope you would understand rather making fun of me. If you make fun then one day you will become fun and when you'll become fun then remember me.

There is no one around me. I often remain silent all the day. I have no friends, I have no foes. I have no desires. I have no griefs. I don't like to talk people... People filled with greed/envy/lust.... Majority of people around me think that i am some kind of secret detective. I only talk when it is necessary.

dead one, I really don't know what you hope to get from this thread. You are rejecting all suggestions put to you and seem to have your own idea of what is happening to you.

I think in this case I think if you do want help your best option is to talk to someone close to you about this shadow. I'm closing this thread because I don't see it as a topic for random discussion, it is an issues for you but not one that is well served by being posted here.
