Got this message on my sisters 3gs the other day. The phone was on VF but I JB and unlocked it, currently flashed to 06.15 BB. She is using it with O2. Ive heard people say that this problem has happened with O2 accounts before, just wondering has this happened to anyone that knows of a fix or is it purely and carrier…
