Lifting models required for photo documentary

    Hi there,
Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this. I am a photography student and am looking for anyone in the lifting community willing to be a model for a photo documentary. The deadline is in the air at the moment, but let's assume it could be any time between now and may 2012.

I am looking for any advanced lifters, be they powerlifters, bodybuilders or olympic lifters. The discipline doesn't matter as much as documenting the process. This will involve photographing the training process in the gym, maybe a small bit about the eating regimen, and hopefully culminating in an event such as Powerlifter at lifting meet, or BodyBuilder posing on platform, etc.

Here's a video montage from another photographer that should give a small flavour of what I want to achieve.

If you are interested, or if you know any competitive lifters that would be willing to pose while training, lifting or competing then I'd be very grateful.

    Thanks
    AO

Think Nationals in Olympic style weightlifting are in May. We might be able to help, email me colm at crossfit dot ie.

Otherwise contact East Coast Barbell in Blackrock, they might be able to help.

Thanks for the heads up. Might be a bit short notice as I'll be very busy with college work for monday, but if I do make it I'll bring the camera and post the shots to flickr or something.

Btw, thank you Brian for unlocking the thread. You're a true gent. :)
