Low Temperature

    Hi All,
I use Coopers brewing equipment to make my beer kits and usually they turn out great. I made a batch of Canadian Blonde lager last Wednesday and left it in the spare room with a duvet around it to keep the temp up. It was 22C when i left it and everything was fine.
I've been pretty busy over the last few days and didn't get to check it until tonight and the temp was 14C. Do you think this batch is ruined or is it worth bottling at all ?

    Ta,
    Jen

Low temperatures just send the yeast to sleep. It'll be fine, just keep an eye on the temperature (about 18 is ideal, much higher than 22 could well ruin it on you) and give it plenty of time for fermentation to finish.
