Hey, as it's only about a month when I am into airsofting, today actually is the first time I experienced problem with having under 10 degree weather, once I pulled out pistol it shot 2 bbs and no more gas remained, same with 203. So I was wondering wherecan I buy some kind of winter gas that would work fine in these temperatures?

Most airsoft gases based on propane/butane do not perform well in cold temperatures and I'm not aware of any cold weather alternative version of these gases, you really need to consider using CO2. The caveat is that green gas guns won't be rated for CO2 so you will need to buy CO2-compatible devices.

Get your mags ready and keep them in your pocket for a few minutes before the game starts, thats what I do and it works well enough.

I did that, but once I start loading them with gas they go instant cold and it's hard to warm them up then.

I mean put the gas in and then put the mags in your pocket. You should use propane too.

CO2 is the only gas you're likely to find that'll work despite the cold but as was said before though, green gas magazines won't take CO2.
