Turn boiler temperature down or fit pipestat to pump thus prevent heat build up when boiler shuts down
this will prevent the high limit stat from activating

Is winter time programmed - instead of summer time?

And why would that cause it to go to lockout ???

    Prob no pump over run

Billy Bunting could read the OP's post loud and clearly to Sullzz. This might help both.

Why not find an answer to Sullzz question, sure you could.....

Why would........... Is winter time programmed - instead of summer time?

cause the OP to "have to press the reset botton on the boiler thermostat......" :pac::pac::pac:

    hi Mercaant
could be a solution but can i ask you something
this system is 3 years old and never had problem like that before ....if the problem would it be the thermostat

Possibly thermostat not as accurate as it used to be
    Try turning it down slightly
