Storage heaters - timer not working

    Hi, our storage heaters stopped working couple of days ago.
    Checked the timer, and it is not moving at all, changed the fuse, no effect.

    Can hear a ticking sound inside the meter.

    Is this something ESB can do, or do i need to contact my landlord?

    Thanks for quick help.

    Ps. its cold... brrr... :)

    Can you send me your contact number by private message?

    In situations like this, we organise a call-out to the property. And if you could also provide us with details such as where the meter is located, and how far out the time-switch is.
