    Thanks for that. Shamalam hasn't got back to me so this could well be yours! I'll PM him now out of courtesy and if he hasn't posted back by tomorrow AM, with at least a conditional offer, we have a deal.

    Rules are first to offer asking gets first refusal - Shamalam has made no offer, so you should proceed with Marq-dublin
