Bench + Dumbells (beginner help)

    Hi all,

    I am currently fairly fit, I run 30mins 5 or 6 days per week. Now for the first time in my life I have full and easy access to a small gym, which I would like to start using. The goal is to bulk up my upper body a bit.

    Could somebody point me in the direction of a routine I should be doing? The internet seems full of lots of bullsh1t.

    There is a bench and a full set of dumbells. There is also a treadmill and an elipse(??) which I dont think I need to use as I get my cardio outdoors (correct me if Im wrong).

    If I have left out any required info please let me know. Currently browsing the nutrition forum and will take on board the advice there.
