I am living in my house just over 2 years at this stage and have started to notice that certain parts of the outside plaster are going green. It's a funny one because it's seems to be different areas and not just one area. The render put on was weber.pral M which was sprayed on. Would anyone know
    1. Why it's happening and 2. What would be the best way of cleaning it?

I'd say you should contact Weber's technical service department, they should be able to give you product specific advise particularly on what to use to clean it with.

was wondering when a thread was going to pop up about this, used a lot of this product a few years back and the problem you are having is widespread, dont really know what causes it,but never liked the spray on colour render simply because its applied as one coat work, and im old school when it comes to plastering, and just rather traditional work.

only thing i can think of is that as its opend up with a steel scratcher to finish it its pulling in moisture and leaving a moss like stain, seems to be more of a problem if you are near the sea.

We had the same problem on our house and was given the number of a guy in kildare, he sorted it using a spray on chemical. walls as good as new now
