What are you talking about?? nobody here rejected Kelly's proposals, we werent in a position of governance to do so,

That's neither informative or helpful. What proposals? Who rejected them? What was done instead and provide examples, thanks ...

Hell yah. I posted here many times at the time in support of his proposals.

If I was callous I'd say anyone who rejected/ignored what he said deserves what's coming but I actually don't feel that way, I feel sorry for ye, despite all of us suffering the consequences.

At the end of the day, a poll in the Sunday Independent ahad 75% of the Irish people saying they didn't support his proposals. Shame on them and I hope they've learned their lesson.

And you think a sindo poll on a professors viewpoint concerning our economy is a fair reflection on what the views of the nation were.

Bit of advise for you, dont believe every poll you hear, their usually bull****, especially ones from the sindo

Don't need that 'bit of advice'. It gives a fair gauge of what people think on average and it actually fits with the sentiments on forums, radio, etc. at the time where people swallowed Enda Kenny's line about it being a 'lethal injection'.

Furthermore it makes sense that there is only at best only 25% of people here with any proper cop on and who are able to think beyond themselves.

I'm just interested to see if people have learned... I'm starting to see the answer to that question.

1 of his proposals was default and go back to the punt. Lovely textbook reading material, but complete rubbish in reality.

Okay Liammur is one of the 75%. Who else wants to come out?

Don't know where you are getting your figures from. I gave M Kelly credit for most things he said, however, the idea of default doesn't appeal to me at all.
