I'm getting Error 118 when using chrome on my netbook.Sometimes I can get onto sites but if I click on a link I'll get this up again.It could take 4-5 refreshes to get a site up but sometimes it won't work.I've got 2 wireless networks here in the house with 2 different providers and on both of them I get this.The Internet…

I'm getting Error 118 when using chrome on my netbook.Sometimes I can get onto sites but if I click on a link I'll get this up again.It could take 4-5 refreshes to get a site up but sometimes it won't work.I've got 2 wireless networks here in the house with 2 different providers and on both of them I get this.The Internet works perfect on my phone and on my pc but not on my netbook.It's absolutely wrecking my head.Anyone know what could be wrong and a possible solution?I've googled the error but no joy.Also tried releasing and renewing my ip but doesn't seem to be working.
Any info appreciated.

PS Internet explorer is the same.
