Hi I was just wondering if anyone here has ever bought anything off it and if they know how long it took for the items to arrive? Coz I wanna know if I ordered would I have it by Christmas.. Also do you have to pay customs duty on it if its coming from an American website? And how much does customs duty normally cost?…

I ordered a coat from Forever 21 online in about May - I can't remember exactly how many days it took to be delivered but it was definitely less than 5 working days.

If you are ordering from an American website, you generally have to pay customs but if you order from Forever 21's EU website, I think it's dispatched from a warehouse in The Netherlands or somewhere (I just remember that it said something about The NL on the packaging).
