Congratulations to Eire Og Greystones who today won the Leinster Intermediate Football championship. A fantastic feat for our local GAA club.

Well done to the club, the management team and to the excellent group of players.

Eire Og Greystones were beaten in the All Ireland Intermediate Football club semi final by Davitt's (Mayo)
The score was 2-12 to 0-6

This team are a huge credit to our town, and they did us proud.
To even get to an all Ireland semifinal, is a massive achievement most clubs can only dream of!

    - The truly good news is, this team mostly consists of guys from the age of 19 - 22.
    So the future is bright.

Well done to all involved, and watch this space!
