Cant open music files (samsung galaxy ace)

    Firstly,ill say hi. Im new to this forum and equally new to the world of android phones.Im slowly getting to grips with it,but i was trying to put some music on the phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace),but can get it to open. I get No applications can perform this action Message. Ive used Kies,Ive synced and ive even tried direct to the SD card in the laptop. I have winamp,real player and mixzing installed but none work. Its prob something simple:eek: All help greatly appreciated. Cheers in advance

    What format are the files in?
    How are you trying to open them on the phone?

    Im sure they are wma's.Found them in media but thats where i get that message
