Best route to take?

I have an exam in Leisureland in Salthill on Tuesday morning at 9.30am. Need to be there for at least 8.30am to get parking.

I'm picking up some classmates in Gort na Coirbe first so I'm wondering whats the best route to take from Gort na Coirbe to Leisureland? The route with the least amount of traffic?

It would be great to hear from someone who travels from the headford side of the city to Salthill every morning (if people actually do that?)

This is how I would go. Traffic will mostly be in the other direction.
If your friends wait at the Dunnes side bus stop it'll be quicker.

The map says 13 mins but better add another 10 onto that, just in case.
Then of course you could be lucky or unlucky finding a parking spot.
