Songwriters/Musicians/Creative types for Alt-y band/project

Sorry about the long-winded title, I couldn't figure out how to word it!

Basically, I've been writing songs on my own for the last year or two and have so far recorded five with plans to do a lot more. It was all very casual and something I'd come back to every few months, but I was recently asked by a friend if there'd be interest at some stage in going in and playing on Phantom, and being helped to do some proper gigs.

I'm quite self-deprecating so pick as many holes as possible in what I write but people seem to like the songs. It'd be nice to add more people, I'm thinking pianists, another vocalist, violinists, maybe a drummer. Basically I'd like the songs to have more presence, to be more rounded, because I think they're a little flat.

I'd be very open to meeting other songwriters and putting music to their lyrics, too.

Influences wise- The Smiths, Twilight Sad, National, Carissa's Weird, Sufjan Stevens, Bon Iver, Elliott Smith, Joanna Newsom, Beach House, Fleet Foxes, Villagers...you get the idea!

hey hows it going. i'm a guitarist myself with a wide variety of music and styles. i play guitar as my main instrument as ive been playing since i was 12 ( now 18) but have taken up the piano as i got more into the production aspect of music and moved away from the performance side

Bro, just had a listen. Its pretty much folky, singer/songwriter stuff your doing, right? I'm very much into The Police, U2, The Smiths etc and would be into alternative stuff, do you have any material or interested in doing actual alternative, creative, perhaps even experimental stuff?
