Facebook advertisers in activity section

Have just noticed in the games section where it tells you the latest activity of who plays what game on FB, that it also shows what friend liked a particular business every day despite the 'like' of said business happened even months ago. Is this FB's way of revenue generating? Its quite annoying seeing one of my friends…

Is this FB's way of revenue generating? Its quite annoying seeing one of my friends 'likes' a particular travel business every day amongst whoever plays whatever games(which is no problem as i play them too). Seems a very sneaky way of FB using the same ads 'in your face'.

It's probably Facebook Sponsored story ads you're looking at. Most of these will show which of your friends have liked the brand irrespective of when it happened.

Did you think Facebook was free?
