Piping up a DHW return loop

have a large stratified solar tank which be heated directly by a gas boiler & solar. Looking for suggestions please on the best piping / mixing /pump configuration for a DHW return loop so that the pumped cold into the bottom on the tank via a coil in is not working against the other parts & it doesnt keep going hot/cold…

Also looking to gauge what level of insulation - say armaflex or similar - which would be good practice on a long DHW line with a pumped return?
