Arklow to Rathwood (near Tullow)

    Which is the quickest route..heading there later on to see Santa...

    Arklow to Rathwood (via aughrim/tinahealy/Tullow)

    or

    Arklow to Rathwood (Enniscorthy/Buncloudy/Tullow)

    I know the 2nd route is about an hour and ten minutes but wondering if the first one any quicker?????

    for me it'd be the first route everytime.. should take just under an hour each way

    I'd definitely go the Tinahealy-Shillelagh-Tullow route. Road is not as good as the N road but is shorter and you can still make good progress. Also Rathwood is on the Shillelagh Rd out of Tullow so it'd be easier to find.

    Thanks for that...went the Aughrim/Shilleagh road...40mins from Arklow to Tullow so not bad
