    Hey everyone just want to make sure my deadlift looks alright. Thanks for the previous comments in the squat threads!

    You've almost got a squat stance there, bring your feet closer together, and subsequently your arms, tighten your lats too before you pull, re-shoot the vid and see how that looks. My 2c.

    I'd agree with what Colin said.

    Feet should be shoulder width apart, elbows right beside the knees at the bottom, big chest, chin up & tighten the lights.
    Squeeze the glutes at the top to finish the movement
