Connect Freesat box to PC

My bedroom TV has packed in, previously connected to a Grundig Sat4Free box. Now I have a 22" monitor on my PC & could watch on that till I can afford a new telly - recessionary times yada yada...
So what hardware/software interface do I need to do this? Sat box outputs via coax, component and scart. All the ebay TV tuners are for Digital, which I assume won't cut it.
Any recommendations for a cheap solution?

Edit; PC is running Vista if that matters.

get a cheap linux box like a dm500s.it will allow streaming over the network via vlc player. you can use an iphone/android/symbian to access the web remote. you dont need to connect the box to your pc.as long as it is connected to the network and an dish you are sorted.

I have a working freesat box and a pc ready to go; this is mainly watched by my kids so I am happy with the child-friendly nature of freesat. I just want to watch on my PC.

Now that I think of it I have an easycap thingy I bought years ago to capture old VHS tapes as AVI files. Software was dodgy, though. Is there a decent free package to watch TV, as opposed to recording it, via easycap?
