    Hi,

Anyone had any success using a UPC phone line with Dect extenders hooked up their Sky boxes for multiroom?

Sky are offering me half price for the year if I go back to them, only problem is I would want multiroom and have a UPC phone line.

I'm in the Lucan area if that makes any difference.

    Thanks,

    BC

I've used DECT extenders before, however, UPC "phone lines" are VOIP and its unlikely to work over that.

Are you sure it'll work out any cheaper? Cancelling the TV on UPC will make the price of the phone/broadband rocket in comparison.

    Thanks MYOB,

Sky will work out a tad bit cheaper, what's really pushing me away from UPC is Mrs bcirl03 - she aint too fond of UPC and in particular the series link and the menu.

Have to keep the boss happy ;)
