Does anyone have any feedback on a set of Ovation Tyres 205/55/R16 91V that are for a Golf Mk IV..I'm told they are a mid range tyre but have my suspicions?

Any information or appropriate suggestions most appreciated.

    R

205/55 16 is a very common size. This means that the difference in price between a budget tyre and a good quality tyre is minimal. €25 per tyre will mean the difference between a ditchfinder and a premium brand tyre such as Goodyear or Bridgestone. Even apart from the safety argument it makes financial sense to spend the extra as you will save money in the long run as the tyre will last longer.

Id agree totally with that,i was getting those size tyres for my avensis last week.Dealer said he had cheap ones for 65 or good tyres for 90 so i said for the sake of 50 went for pirellis and find them great.
