Completed Entourage

I finished Entourage this morning - loved it!

I thought the early seasons were funnier and more consistant but overall it was a great series. The final episode tied everything up nicely, found it a tad emotional....gone through a lot with the guys and was nice to see everything working out for them (especially Ari & Turtle)

The character of E has really been pissing me off for the past 4 seasons or four....a boring\iritating\indecisive\ dick who seemed to suck the fun out of nearly every scene he was in. The whole sloane\E relationship was drawn out waaaaaay too long..f**k off

Have I heard correctly that there may be a movie coming down the line?

    VICTORY!! :D

Have been saying this for a while, that Sloane thing p*ssed me off no end, even the utterance of her name made me cringe. There was a while there that it felt like every episode opened up with the lads walking along together and someone would ask "Hey E, what's going on with Sloane?"

    WE DON'T CARE!! :mad::mad:

Put me in a bad mood for the rest of the episode...mainly in season 8 though, which was pure sh*te altogether.

Started well, the whole Vince going off the ropes thing felt tacked on. Last episode was terrible, managed to tie everything up in a nice neat bundle in 7 minutes.

season 2 and 3 were absolutely brilliant, went downhill from there though, the last one was crap, soap opera bull**** for the most part, was much better when it was Vince trying to make a name for himself.

Last two series were terrible. They just recycled old plots.

Yep - looks like a movie on the way

    http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/movies/s179/entourage/news/a353992/jeremy-piven-confirms-entourage-movie.html
Jeremy Piven has confirmed that a movie version of Entourage is definitely in the pipeline.

A big-screen version of the HBO drama series has been rumoured in recent months. The actor - who plays talent agent Ari Gold - revealed that the project has been "commissioned".

"They've commissioned the movie," he said on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. "It should happen."

He also apologised for the amount of swearing his character does in the series, and for all the bleeps, "fudge," and "flarfegnugen" that come out of his mouth during syndicated airings of the show.

Kevin Dillon recently claimed that a movie adaptation would "probably" happen in the near future.

The series should have ended in season 6. Everything was tied up nicely to end it completely or do a movie/ari spinoff

I agree, if it had ended with Vince getting offered the Scorsese film I think it would have gone down as one of the best shows of all time. I even liked Season 7 but Season 8 was a hard watch.

I hope there is a film and by some miracle they pull it out if the bag because it deserves a better ending then it got.

The "we better wrap this up in the next 5 minutes" ending?

Awful, awful stuff...this series deserved better, much much better.

I couldn't agree more, it's a real pity because up to season 6 it was definitely one of the best TV shows I have watched. I even liked season 7.

Seemingly the movie is all but greenlit so I'm looking forward to that because I really can't see it being any worse then season 8.

I still kinda hope for an Ari spin-off.

It could have ended well at the end of S6 except instead of Sloane agreeing to marry E on the side of the highway, a truck should have hit her and ended her miserable life.

Whatever about how poor the last couple of seasons were, Scott Lavin was one of it's very few redeeming qualities and is up there with Billy Walsh as one of the best non-headline characters in the show.

i like billy walsh and even liked lavin in s7 but in s8 i cringe everytime the script calls for him to say something meaningless. He seems to be just hanging around as a 5th wheel. maybe i'm projecting everything thats wrong with the show onto him!!
