When you changed the hard drive how did you install the OS from scratch or just clone the old drive.

What exactly is the D drive the letter assigned to a drive is arbitrary.

If you have installed a fresh copy of the OS on a new drive and you are still getting problems then it is likely the cause is memory or motherboard.

If it was just a clone of the old drive it could be a software issue.

If you search for 'BSOD Codes' there are a number of sites which detail what the code means . It may give you a better idea as to what is causing the error.
