On Sky Friday night. I'd say Sturm on points. He doesnt lose many decisions in Germany. Great opportunity for Murray.

Anyone know if Sky are showing any other fights on the night.

sturm to stop Murray late on i reckon.

Sturm looked huge at the weigh ins. i dont know how he even makes middleweight, he looks more like a super middle

Sturm is a better boxer, and never loses on home soil.

    Any links?

Would love Murray to win but can't see it. Think Sturm is average enough.

Murray is giving a decent account of himself. Don't think he's winning but he's not a push over

That last round was his(Murray's) best round. He needs a ko to win this, though.

Sturm is walking through his punches...

Yeah Sturm looks the stronger and is cute as hell when it comes to throwing the punches in the last minute of the round. Surprised a point hasn't been taken off Murray

Sturm just seems to be soaking up Murray's shot now, then landing the classier shots when he goes on the offensive.

The sky commentary is great as usual:pac:

Murray did well, but Sturm was much stronger than him, and more effective. Far too many punches landing on the gloves by Murray

    Fair ****s to Murray. Draw.

Ha ha sky commentary can't beat it!

Yeah Murray did himself justice and performed better than I thought he would

Germany is becoming more and more pathetic.

I thought a draw was very fair there.

Murray did himself proud, but he lost that fight clearly.

He has that tippy tappy Joe Calzaghe punching, where he was throwing a lot but hardly hitting him half the time and with **** all behind them. Didn't think it was close enough to be a draw but fair ****s to him.

Thought Sturm won by a couple of rounds but so many rounds had very little to split them so couldnt argue with the draw.

I thought Sturm won it by two or three rounds. Murray's punches were being blocked a lot of time by Sturm. Sturm seems to just bide his time and land the classier punches when he needed to.

Great effort from Murray, but like Macklin, he lost the fight . I think Sturm was more in control tonight too. He took Murrays shot's well and always looked confident. I scored it 115-113 Sturm myself.

I actually had Macklin beating Sturm, but Sturm beating Murray...

As did i. Although not by much. I thought Sturm offered him a rematch after, anywhere but Ireland or something.
