Electrical suppliers who stock Conduit to fit into a corner

I am looking at a Plan B for a job I need to do in our kitchen (the one I was looking for cable rods yesterday).

Are there any wholesalers (who sell to the public) that stock PVC conduit that fits neatly into a corner (of two walls) with a curved profile. I need to close in wires coming from ceiling to floor level in a modern kitchen. (I saw lengths of the stuff in a large British retailer here but want to go to a specialist shop). Thanks in advance.

oval conduit is flatter than round conduit ,its usally used when you chase a wall so the chase dosn't have to be as deep

Didnt think meteor were still around , but Kellihers in ballymount or any wholesalers will sell to the public. Oval conduit is under a fiver per length

Thaks everybody - ended up ordering it online from cpc. Now lets see how long (actually 2 metres ) it will take for delivery.
