Keeping track of a mortgage

    Apologies if this has been done already but I've been trying to set up an Excel spreadsheet where I can keep track of every mortgage payment and the impact a change in rate will have on the repayment and the duration of the mortgage.

    We are on a variable rate. Appreciate any help.
