I'm pretty sure Shoreline is your best bet. Here is the page. There is a downloadable timetable up on that page also.

I imagine they have some sort of PAYG system in place but you would need to ring to confirm as I am not sure.

The classes are good in Shoreline, but you have to ring on the day to book your place. For non members, you usually have to wait till 2pm to ring and some of them get booked out early.Think it's 7.50 each go.
